BJP on verge of creating history in Kerala, Suresh Gopi poised to win from Thrissur

BJP is on the verge of creating history in Kerala as its candidate Suresh Gopi is poised to win from Thrissur Lok Sabha seat.

According to early trends shown by the Election Commission, the actor-turned-politician is leading by over 68,000 votes against its rival Sunil Kumar from the Communist Party of India.

Another seat where the BJP making huge gains is Thiruvananthapuram, where Rajeev Chandrashekhar is maintaining a strong lead of over 16,000 votes against Congress veteran Shashi Tharoor.
