A photo of a missing seat cushion on an Indigo flight is doing rounds on the internet. This picture was shared by an X user Subrat Patnaik, who was flying on the 6E 6798 Indigo flight from Pune to Nagpur on Sunday.
Patnaik said that when he went to his seat he saw that the cushion was missing. He had been allotted a window seat. He shared a post on X in which he said, 'Today’s status … Best way to increase profit... Pathetic.'
As the social media users came across this post, they joked by saying, 'so that the passenger does not fall asleep in the flight.' Others reacted by saying, 'what a shameful service by Indigo airlines.'
Indigo also replied to the post of Subrat Patnaik and said, "Hi, that's certainly not good to see. At times, the seat cushion gets adrift from its Velcro. The same can be repositioned with the help of our crew. Further, your feedback will be shared with the concerned team for review. Hope to serve you better in the future.'
