India participated in a secret meeting of spy chiefs of many countries hosted in Singapore recently, as per reports.
The meeting of intelligence agency heads was held on the sidelines of the Shangri-La Dialogue, news agency Reuters said.
India was represented by the chief of the Research & Analysis Wing, Samant Goel. From the US, Avril Haines, Director of National Intelligence participated in the meeting.
A Chinese representative was also present.
