Snowfall in some of the higher reaches of Kashmir pushed the minimum temperature up across the valley on Sunday.
The Met Department has forecast a higher intensity wet weather spell over three days from Monday, officials said on Sunday.
Meanwhile, parts of Himachal Pradesh, including Manali, Shimla, and Auli received fresh snowfall.
The temperature dipped to minus two degrees Celsius in Manali on Sunday.
