Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal said that gone are the days when the actual beneficiaries had to run from pillar to post to get the benefits of the welfare schemes. With the radical system changes brought by both Centre and State governments today, eligible citizens in the country and the state are benefiting from government schemes and facilities at their doorstep. Unlike previous governments, now people do not have to make rounds of government offices.
Sh. Manohar Lal stated that they are progressing towards 7-star development in Haryana, focusing on shiksha, suraksha, swasthya, swabhiman, swavalamban, SEWA and sushasan. Based on this, Government are providing various services to the citizens. However, due to the narrow thinking of previous governments, three Cs- Corruption, Crime, and Caste-based politics flourished, which now have been eradicated to a great extent. Previous governments dragged people into caste politics and divided them based on caste, however, we have always ensured the holistic development of Haryana, said the Chief Minister.
“When we came to power in 2014, we strongly advocated for ‘Haryana Ek-Haryanvi Ek’. Keeping in mind social harmony, we have ensured that all schemes benefit the citizens in line with the vision of Antyodaya,,” said Sh. Manohar Lal while emphasising that the first right to government schemes and facilities belongs to the poor, regardless of their caste,” said Sh. Manohar Lal.
