Death toll in Rajkot gaming zone fire rises to 20

The death toll in a fire that erupted in a gaming zone in Gujarat's Rajkot city on Saturday evening has reached to 20. The deceased include multiple children.

Police Commissioner Raju Bhargava said that the gaming zone is owned by a person called Yuvraj Singh Solanki. He added that an offence will be registered for negligence.

The fire has been brought under control and the rescue operation is underway.

Children were present at the spot in large numbers due to ongoing summer vacation.
