ED Raids Uncover Engineering Seat Scam in Bengaluru Colleges

Bengaluru, Jun 25 (PTI) – On Wednesday, the Enforcement Directorate carried out searches at various locations, targeting an alleged scam related to engineering seat blocking in several private colleges across Bengaluru, according to official sources.

The investigation encompassed the premises of prominent institutions, including BMS College of Engineering, Akash Institute of Engineering and Technology, and New Horizon College of Engineering. Additionally, the trustees of BMS and their key associates, along with some educational consultants and agents, were subject to scrutiny.
