A video is doing rounds on the internet from the 'dry state' of Bihar of doctors in East Champaran district using paper cones to check whether the accused had consumed alcohol or not.

This incident reportedly took place on October 30 and a video of the same is now being widely shared on the internet. Raxaul police had arrested 11 people on the charges of consuming alcohol and taken them to the sub-divisional hospital for a medical examination.

However, the doctors did not have a breath analyser or blood testing equipment in the hospital. They asked the alleged offender to blow into a cone and then they smelled to cone to check whether they were drunk or not.

As social media users came across this video, they reacted by saying this technology should not go outside India. Others jokingly said that science is great.
