Dhanush and Kriti Sanon Wrap Up 'Tere Ishq Mein' Shoot

New Delhi, Jul 1 (PTI) Actors Dhanush and Kriti Sanon have officially wrapped up filming for their eagerly anticipated movie "Tere Ishq Mein".

This project is an "intense love story" helmed by renowned director Aanand L Rai, known for hits such as the "Tanu Weds Manu" series, "Raksha Bandhan", and "Atrangi Re".

The announcement came from Dhanush via his Instagram account, where he shared, “And it’s a wrap #tereishqmein”. Similarly, Sanon posted about the conclusion of filming on her social media, expressing excitement at having completed the shoot.

In "Tere Ishq Mein", Dhanush takes on the role of Shankar, while Kriti Sanon portrays Mukti. This film marks the third time Dhanush and Rai have worked together, following the successful collaborations on “Raanjhanaa” (2013) and “Atrangi Re” (2021).

Fans can look forward to the movie's theatrical release worldwide on November 28.

The script for "Tere Ishq Mein" is penned by Himanshu Sharma, with musical compositions by the legendary A R Rahman. Lyrics are provided by Irshad Kamil.

The production team includes Rai, Sharma, Bhushan Kumar, and Krishan Kumar, and the film will be available in both Hindi and Tamil languages.

On the acting front, Kriti Sanon’s most recent appearance was in “Do Patti” (2024), where she made her debut as a producer alongside co-star Kajol.

Meanwhile, Dhanush's latest release is "Kuberaa", a crime thriller directed by Sekhar Kammula, featuring Rashmika Mandanna. The film premiered on June 20.
