Tihar Jail assistant superintendent Deepak Sharma, known for his bodybuilding interests, has alleged he was duped of Rs 50 lakh by wrestler and reality TV star Raunak Gulia.
Sharma said he gave Gulia money to invest in her husband’s health product business.
While the police search for the absconding couple, Sharma has registered a cheating case against them.
Sharma claimed that he first met Raunak Gulia at a popular TV reality show ‘India’s Ultimate Warrior.’ She then convinced Sharma to invest in the business.

Both Sharma and Gulia are widely popular on social media. The Delhi police officer has over 140,000 followers on Instagram, while Gulia’s tally stands at 440,000.
