Cyclone Biparjoy: coastal Gujarat to experience wind speeds of 125-135 kmph during landfall

The weather office is predicting wind speeds of 125-135 kmph gusting upto 150 kmph in coastal Gujarat, especially Kutch, Dwarka and Jamnagar, when Cyclone Biparjoy makes landfall on June 15. 

Extremely heavy rainfall is expected over Dwarka while heavy to very heavy rainfall is expected over Kutch, Porbandar, Rajkot, Morbi and Junagarh districts on Wednesday. 

The weather department has said that Dwarka and Kutch will bear most of the brunt of the cyclone.
