The foundation stone for Haryana's upcoming 22nd AIIMS is set to be laid soon, the state's Medical Education and Research Minister, Anil Vij revealed in a statement in assembly.
The minister mentioned that the central government had earmarked this initiative in its budget speech on February 1, 2019.
The Haryana government has acquired 203 acres for the AIIMS in Rewari at a cost of 40 lakh per acre, leasing it to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
