Coffee badging is a trend in which employees come to the office, punch in, get a coffee, chat with friends, and then leave. It's like a quick visit to the office just to say they were there.

A study by Owl Labs found that about 58% of people are into coffee badging. Surprisingly, 8% of those asked haven't tried it yet but want to. The study also revealed that only 34% of the people like spending the whole day in the office.

But why are people taking to coffee badging? It turns out, it's like a quiet way of saying, "I'm not happy with work from office."
