Chandigarh, July 1 (PTI): The 47th Raising Day of the Chetak Corps was celebrated at Bathinda Military Station, commemorating its inception on July 1, 1979, under the leadership of Lieutenant General M L Tuli, as stated in an official release.

Adopting the motto 'Fight Forward, Fight Aggressive', the Chetak Corps has steadily transformed itself into a highly skilled, combat-ready, and operationally effective unit since its establishment, the statement highlighted.
