Hyderabad, Sep 1: In a tragic incident, four people lost their lives, and four others sustained injuries when a private bus collided with a trailer truck in Mahabubnagar district early on Monday morning, police reported.

The collision happened around 2:15 am within the jurisdiction of the Addakal police station, according to officials.

Three individuals died instantly, while five others who were injured in the crash were immediately taken to a hospital. Unfortunately, one of them succumbed to their injuries while receiving treatment, a police official confirmed.

The ill-fated bus, carrying 32 passengers, was on its way to Proddatur from Hyderabad.
