A Bengaluru pillion rider’s makeshift helmet has gone viral on the internet as people say he is out testing the city’s AI surveillance cameras. While the primary rider wore a proper helmet, the pillion used a brown coloured paper bag.

The video was originally shared by ThirdEye, a social media account that frequently captures and shares incidents that show “stupid drivers” on Bengaluru roads. The owner of the account then submits the images and videos to the city’s traffic police, as per Indian Express.

The photo has now been viewed more than 30,000 times on X, formerly Twitter. Users also had hilarious reactions to the man’s “innovation.”

One user jokingly said the pillion hiding from his creditors. Another user said he was avoiding pollution and the cold weather with the paper bag.
