A male passenger onboard an IndiGo flight from Guwahati to Agartala tried to open the cover of the emergency exit door mid-air.
As per India Today, the accused, who was later arrested was sitting next to the emergency door and while the flight was cruising, tried to force open it. The other passenger tried to stop him.
Amid the panic, the IndiGo staff rushed to stop the man, but all in vain. A video of the incident, now viral on social media, shows the man being pinged down to his seat and then being carried away to the back of the plane.
