The three men held for shooting gangster Atiq Ahmed have been indentied as Lavlesh Tiwari, Sunny and Arun Maurya, according to media reports.
The accused killed Ahmed and his brother because they wanted to become mafia and not remain small-time shooters, according to the police.
While Lavlesh is from Banda, Arun is a resident of Hamirpur and Sunny is from Kasganj, according to an India Today report.
