Assam: 4 boys insert firecracker in hen's private part and burst it, internet users outrage

A disturbing incident has come to light from Assam's Nagaon district in Raha Gaon, where four boys inserted a firecracker in the private part of a hen and burst it. The video of the same is doing rounds on the internet and social media users are outraging over it. 

Out of the four boys, two inserted the firecracker in the hen's private part and that ended up taking the bird's life. As the video of this incident went viral, it came to the notice of the NGO, People for Animals (PFA). PFA shared a post on Instagram in which they said, 

"An unfortunate incident occurred where a hen fell victim to a merciless act in Raha Gaon, Assam. 4 boys inserted a firecracker in her private part and burst it. The poor hen died a painful death."

It was further mentioned in PFA's post,

"It’s distressing to note that despite the consequences, the perpetrators show no remorse. Please tag Assam Police @assampolice, Nagaon Police @nagaonpolice, and Shri Hardi Singh SPL. DGP, Assam Police @hardi_sing and urge them to take action against this immediately. Let’s unite to ensure justice for this innocent creature."

As social media users came across this video, they reacted by saying that this was shocking. Others reacted to this, by saying that they can't even imagine what the hen went through.

Later. PFA shared an update post, in which they mentioned that the culprits have been arrested. They also said that an FIR was lodged under the PCA Act 1960 Section 11, IPC 429. This case was registered at Roha Police Station in Nagaon, Assam.
