A second blast within 3 days was reported on May 8, 2023, near the Golden Temple in Amritsar, Punjab.
It reportedly took place near the site of the first explosion on Heritage Street. No casualties or injuries were reported, but a car windshield was damaged in the latest incident, as per news outlets.
The second explosion occurred at around 6 am on May 8, while the first had taken place at night on May 6.
One person had suffered minor injuries, and the glass facades of some buildings were damaged in the earlier incident.
