A bizarre scene played out at Kerala High Court on August 24. A man whose bail was rejected by Justice Viju Abraham in 2022 stormed into the judge's courtroom and shouted abuses at him.
According to a report by Bar and Bench, the man was a lawyer who had to spend a year in jail after Justice Abraham denied him bail in 2022. The man was recently granted bail by a trial court. Bar and Bench did not mention the crime for which he was arrested and imprisoned.
Justice Abraham reportedly asked the man to discuss the matter after court hours but the security detained him after he continued shouting.
