A Delhi court on Tuesday extended till October 13 the Enforcement Directorate's custody of AAP leader Sanjay Singh, arrested in an alleged Delhi excise policy-related money laundering case.

Special Judge M K Nagpal passed the order on an application moved by the central probe agency.

The ED sought the extension of Sanjay Singh's custodial interrogation by five days, accusing him of non-cooperation.

Sanjay Singh was arrested on October 4 after 10-hour long interrogation by a probe agency at his Delhi residence.

Singh became the second high-profile AAP leader after Manish Sisodia to be arrested in an alleged liquor policy scam case.
