Aam Aadmi Party MP Sanjay Singh was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on October 4 evening several hours after the probe agency carried out searches at his Delhi residence in connection with the Liquor Policy scam-linked money laundering case.
The Aam Aadmi Party MP will be produced in the court on Thursday, as per reports.
Earlier in the day, AAP chief and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal came out in support of his party leader and asserted that 'nothing will be found in searches.'
He further alleged that raids by ED were a desperate attempt by the BJP who is fearing defeat in forthcoming General elections.
