Amethi (UP), Aug 21 (PTI): The body of a 21-year-old man was recovered from a drain in the Mohan Ganj police station area on Thursday, officials reported. The deceased has been identified as Phool Singh, also known as Topi Lal, hailing from Maharajganj. According to the police, Phool Singh had come to the area to visit his maternal grandparents. Station House Officer (SHO) Rakesh Kumar stated that based on the statements of the deceased's relatives, it is known that he was mentally challenged. The body has been sent for a postmortem to ascertain the exact cause of death.
