IL&FS puts six assets for sale in Mumbai, Kolkata

Embattled infrastructure lending film IL&FS is selling its six properties including a 14-storey commercial tower in Mumbai. The properties include a Business Arcade, two fully furnished office spaces and a two-bedroom flat at Malabar Hills. Potential buyers have been asked to submit their bids by the 15th of January. The bankrupt infrastructure lender is under a debt of 91000 crore rupees and this sale will fetch nearly 180 to 190 crore rupees.
