Hyderabad: distressed by Diwali crackers, British diplomat's dog runs from home; he seeks help

Frightened by the fireworks on Diwali, a pet dog of the British Deputy High Commissioner to Andhra Pradesh and Telangana ran away in distress from his Hyderabad home.  

The British diplomat, Dr Andrew Fleming, took to twitter seeking help to trace the dog named Munni.  

Along with the post, he also shared a picture of his dog, fondly stating that Munni is “quite shy and timid” and also scared of other dogs.

The post has gone viral on the microblogging website with netizens suggesting different ways to get the pet back.
