Honor 20 expected to get Android Q despite Huawei's US ban

Huawei's sub-brand Honor has said it's confident that its Honor 20 series of Android smartphones will receive the upcoming Android Q software update, despite its parent company being hit with a US ban. The ban comes into effect on the 19th of August, and is likely to result in the suspension of Huawei's Android license, with Google being a US-based firm. The Honor 20 and Honor 20 Pro currently run the brand's custom version of Android Magic UI 2.1.
