Home is the most dangerous place for women: UN study

Home is the most dangerous place for a woman, according to a new study by the United Nations. Out of the 87,000 women killed last year, 50,000 were killed by their partners or family members, states a report by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC). Asia has the most number of women killed by family members, followed by Africa, the report reveals.
