A heart attack or stroke in old-age could be an early hint for cancer. A study conducted by Cornell University found that chances of developing advanced-staged cancers jumped 70% in people who may have had a stroke in the last 5 months. The study observed around 7,50,000 people aged 67 and older to correlate the risk between heart attack and cancers of the breast, lung, prostate, colorectal, bladder and more.
