As the Covid-19 pandemic continues to rage, it is presenting newer symptoms in patients, apart from the classic fever, sore throat and the loss of taste and smell.

According to a new study by researchers from Imperial College London, chills, headache, loss of appetite and muscle pain are now being increasingly reported.

While chills, headache and nausea are common in a viral infection, muscle pain is the most unusual symptom of Covid-19, according to the study. It is a result of 'active viral replication' in the body, say scientists.
