As the second phase of Covid-19 vaccinations rolled out on Monday, Haryana health minister Anil Vij tweeted that he won't take the vaccine. His reason: high antibody count. Vij, who was hospitalised with Covid in December, tweeted that he won't need the vaccine for now as his antibody count is high at 300. He, however, appealed to all the eligible people to take the shot. Vij had volunteered and received Covaxin dose during the third phase trial in November. He, however, contracted Covid after vaccination. Vij clarified that he had taken only one dose and the second was pending.
