Tech giant Google recently conducted a survey of employee office preferences with an aim to determine the future plan for work in a post-pandemic world.
The survey showed that 62% of the employees want to return to office at some point in time but not everyday.
Google CEO Sundar Pichai recently shared in an interview that the company is working on a 'hybrid' model for future work, taking into account employee preferences based on the survey.
He added that in a post-pandemic world maximum flexibility must be created in the workplace.
