Reports have indicated that Google's recently announced custom 'Tensor' chipset, may be a re-branded Exynos chipset made by Samsung.

According to reports, the new processor could be the unreleased Exynos 9855, internally codenamed Whitechapel, that's incidentally the same codename used by google for its Tensor chipset.

Reports say the Exynos 9855 will be similar to the Exynos 9840 chip, that's commercially called the Exynos 2100, and is one of the processors that powers the flagship Galaxy S21 series of devices.
