Leading politicians from Germany have condemned the far-right protesters who stormed the German parliament on Sunday.
Several hundreds of demonstrators who were present at the Reichstag building were protesting against the Covid-19 restrictions imposed by the government.
German Interior Minister said that there should be zero tolerance for such behaviour. President of Germany Frank Walter Steinmeier called it an unbearable attack on the heart of the democracy.
The police were outnumbered as they tried to control the crowd, later they used pepper spray to control the protesters and arrested several of them.
