The 1st leg of the Champions League semifinal between Paris St Germain and Manchester City was nothing short of a blockbuster. 3 goals were scored with plenty of action including a red card as hosts PSG were reduced to 10-men. Marquinhos opened the scoring for the home team as PSG looked set to dominate the play but ran out of steam in the 2nd half. A period of 7 mins in the 2nd half saw Manchester City rise to the occasion and stun the hosts with 2 goals. First, it was Kevin de Bryune followed by Riyadh Maharez as City scored two crucial away goals.  The match ended 2-1 in favour of Manchester City as they return home with not only a win but a psychological boost of scoring 2 away goals.
