Ahead of the Punjab assembly polls in 2022, Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal has promised a huge incentive if voted to power in the state.

He has promised 24-hour electricity and also said he would waive the previous power bills.

Kejriwal said if elected, the AAP government in Punjab will give every household in the state free electricity up to 300 units. By doing this around 77 per cent to 80 per cent people of Punjab will have zero electricity bill.

The Delhi Chief Minister added unlike the current CM Captain Amarinder Singh’s vows, his promises will be fulfilled and asked people to look at Delhi’s example.
