Favouring Indians charge: TCS wins in US court

In a big for Tata consultancy, a California court has rejected claims that the company favoured Indians over American employees. For ex-employees had sued the Indian consultancy major alleging that they were fired because they are not South Asians. The case was the first of several accusing India's big IT firms of hiring bias in the U.S. to go to trial.
