Former world champions Germany have moved to the second spot in Group F of Euro 2020 after defeating current European champions Portugal 4-2.
Christiano Ronaldo put Portugal ahead 15 minutes into the match but the lead didn't last long as Germany surged ahead with 2 goals due to own goals by Portugese players Ruben Dias and Rapheal Guerreiro in 35th and 39th minutes respectively.
6 minutes after half-time Kavi Havertz made the scoreline 3-1 for Germany and Robin Gosens added to the tally after finding the back of the net in 60th minute. Portugal scored in 67th minute to make the scoreline 4-2 and that is where it remained at the end of 90 minutes.
