The top-ranked side in the world Belgium showed class on Thursday night as it rallied back from a goal down to beat Denmark 2-1 in Group B at Euro 2020. The local Danish supporters were sent into a state of ecstasy after Yussuf Poulsen scored the opening goal in just the 2nd min of the game. At the 10th min mark, the match was paused as the fans and both teams on the pitch prayed for the recovery of Danish star Christian Eriksen who suffered a cardiac arrest while playing the previous game. After the resumption, Belgium fought back but failed to find the back of the net in the opening half. After the break, Belgium's speed and penetration were too hot to handle for Denmark as the visitors scored twice in 15 mins once through Thorgan Hazard & then from the boot of Kevin De Bruyne to seal a 2-1 win. Belgium with 2 wins from 2 games is now through to the round of 16.
