Essar to contest Arcelor Mittal bid : Reports

News reports indicate the Ruia-family owned Essar Group plans to legally challenge a decision by the Committee of Essar Steel Creditors where they picked ArcelorMittal as the winning bid to take over . The Ruia group had submitted a counter bid of over 54,000 crores which was rejected by the consortium of creditors.
