Shah Rukh Khan and Ajay Devgn reunited for a new Vimal Elaichi ad, joined this time by Tiger Shroff. Tiger appeared to replace Akshay Kumar, who featured in previous ads.

The ad premiered during an IPL match, showing Shah Rukh and Ajay in a car, stuck in traffic. Ajay opened a packet of Elaichi, and soon Tiger joined them, leading to a fun interaction. The ad also featured Amyra Dastur on a bike.

The ad concluded with Tiger jumping into Ajay's car, and the trio delivering the brand's tagline.

Fans praised the trio's chemistry in the ad and expressed a desire to see them in a movie together.

Earlier, Akshay appeared in ads with Ajay and Shah Rukh. However, he faced criticism for endorsing a tobacco brand, given his role in an anti-smoking ad. This backlash led to Akshay ending his contract with the brand.

When an old ad featuring him, SRK, and Ajay resurfaced online, fans speculated about his return to the brand. Akshay clarified that the ad was shot before he terminated his contract and is being aired now.

‘These ads were shot on 13th October, 2021. I have not had anything to do with the brand ever since I publicly announced the discontinuation of the endorsement. They can legally run the already shot ads till the end of next month,’ he said in October 2023.

Ajay, SRK and Tiger’s work front

Ajay, SRK, and Tiger are having a busy summer. Ajay released two films, ‘Shaitaan’ and ‘Maidaan,’ both well-received by critics. He is now working on ‘Singham Again.’

Shah Rukh has been seen cheering for his IPL team, Kolkata Knight Riders, at cricket stadiums.

Tiger's film ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan,’ where he starred with Akshay Kumar, made headlines but didn't perform as expected at the box office.
