Elon Musk and US SEC agree on guidelines for his Twitter use

The US Securities and Exchange Commission or the SEC, reached an agreement with Tesla CEO Elon Musk, that will allow him to use Twitter, but with certain limitations. The financial markets regulator had accused Musk of breaching an earlier court order, asking him not to share information which could impact financial markets. Under the new agreement, Musk can't share details on Tesla's financial condition, results, information on earnings, and even details of potential or proposed mergers & acquisitions, without pre-approval from a securities lawyer.
