The 15th BRICS summit concluded in Johannasburg with the decision to add six more members to the group. These countries are Iran, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Ethiopia and Argentina. This is the first expansion of the group since 2010 when South Africa joined the bloc of four nations- India, Brazil, Russia and China. On The India Story this week, Vikram Chandra decodes the need for expanding BRICS grouping and what is the significance of this expansion for India with former Ambassador, Navdeep Suri and author and historian Zorawar Dulet Singh.
