According to a study conducted by Helen Harwatt from the Harvard Law School, eating less meat may help combat climate change. In her report, she states that beef and pork contribute greatly to the rise in greenhouse gases. These must be replaced with food items after considering their land usage and emission targets. The study also shows that this shift may feed an additional 350 million people in the US alone.
