Duterte plans 'Death Squad' to hunt Communists

Rights groups in the Philippines have raised fears after the country's President Rodrigo Duterte announced plans to create a "death squad" targeting suspected communist rebels. The rights groups and activists said it would worsen the "calamity" triggered by his deadly war on drugs. The president had announced that he will raise a Duterte Death Squad on the lines of Communist hit squads known as "sparrow units".
