Experts say temperature alone does not capture the bitter chill Delhi is experiencing through the day because the “perception of the temperature” is even lower due to the icy cold winds. Thursday recorded 4.6 degrees in Delhi, but it actually felt like 2 degrees. The weather department has predicted that the bitter cold spell in the North will last at least till December 21.
