Game developer and creator of Cyberpunk 2077, CD Projekt Red has vowed that it will defend itself in the lawsuit filed by an investor in Los Angeles. To recall, the Polish game maker was recently sued for allegedly misleading investors about the state of its Cyberpunk 2077 game before its release. A firm called Rosen Law had announced that it's opened a class action lawsuit against CDPR, claiming that it also failed to disclose that the game "was virtually unplayable" on the PS4 and Xbox One consoles due to "an enormous number of bugs." Recent reports have indicated that backlash over the game's launch performance may attract lawsuits from other shareholders as well.
