As a new, longer video of an SUV ramming through the protesting farmers in Lakhimpur Kheri came out, BJP MP Varun Gandhi called for "accountability for the innocent blood of farmers".
Varun tweeted the longer and better quality video that reveals what happened at UP's Lakhimpur Kheri on Sunday.
A member of the BJP, Varun Gandhi has been vocal in his criticism of what happened at Lakhimpur Kheri and has been demanding justice for farmers.
"The video is crystal clear. Protestors cannot be silenced through murder. There has to be accountability for the innocent blood of farmers that has been spilled and justice must be delivered before a message of arrogance and cruelty enters the minds of every farmer," he wrote.
On Tuesday, the MP had shared a grainier and shorter version of the video and wrote: "This video will shake anyone's soul". Gandhi demanded UP Police take notice and make "immediate arrests".
