In some good news for wildlife conservationists, a critically endangered Orangutan has been born at the Chester Zoo in England. The baby was delivered by a 32-year-old mum named Subis earlier this month. The International Union for the Conservation of Nature lists Sumatran orangutans as critically endangered with fewer than 14,000 surviving in the wild on the Indonesian island of Sumatra.
