England all-rounder Sam Curran underwent a covid-19 test on Thursday after he fell ill and is currently self-isolating in his hotel room at the Ageas Bowl. As a result, he will not take any further part in the intra-squad warm-up game. the England and Wales Cricket Board in a statement also said that Curran is being monitored by the team doctor throughout. Englnd cricketers were gearing up to take n the Windies in first of the 3 Tests starting July 8.
